Mondays don't have to be so dreadful...
Think about it this way: Doors are opened for a whole week full of healthy habits and starting fresh. Still, I understand the dread of a weekend ending, lots of errands to run and the struggle of getting back into things. So don't fret if you can't make it to the gym! Including some sort of workout on your Monday can definitely help relieve stress and help you feel better overall. Try this... 100 jacks 90 mtn climbers 80 jacks 70 mtn climbers 60 jacks 50 mtn climbers 40 jacks 30 mtn climbers 20 jacks 10 TUCK JUMPS **repeat whole circuit 2-3 times, 30 second rest in between rounds Still not done?
