Adopt an overall healthy lifestyle--not just a healthy habit.
CROSS TRAIN. DO IT. This way, you'll never be bored with your workouts. It will start to become something that you look forward to and maybe even do multiple times a day (just be careful not to overdo it!) Think about it....we are capable of so many things. Why don't we let our training styles match that? Let's be strong, full of endurance, quick-footed, mentally adept...you get the picture. Switch things up. Listen to your body. Get sweaty.
